Angela Kittock, Moondance Wellness Coaching

Angela is a Personal Growth and Holistic Wellness Coach and the founder of Moondance Wellness Coaching. Her personal experience with Crohn’s disease led her on an intensive decade-long journey through disease and health, and she is now dedicated to guiding individuals on their own unique journey of personal growth and healing, utilizing aspects of Personal Development, Personality Psychology, Holistic Nutrition, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, and Spiritual Life Coaching.

Angela is a Certified Personality Profiler using Myer’s Briggs cognitive functions theory, Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant, Certified Yoga Teacher/Yin Yoga Teacher, and has her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Women’s Studies. She is also an avid tea drinker and trained Gongfu Tea Ceremony practitioner, which she weaves into many of her workshops and yoga classes.

Angela is incredibly passionate about all things that “feed” and nourish us – not only food itself, but the way we manage our stress, connect to our joy, understand our purpose, and appreciate our unique selves.

She finds fulfillment in helping individuals understand themselves better and discover the correct tools to experience balance physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. Her clients appreciate her in-depth approach, perceptive observations, and ability to provide simple, personalized solutions.

Angela resides just outside Minneapolis, MN with her husband and a nutty pit bull named Franklin. She is available for Individual Wellness Coaching (local and long-distance), as well as Personality Discovery Sessions based in the Myer’s Briggs cognitive functions theory. She teaches bi-weekly Yin Yoga classes at her home studio in Brooklyn Center, as well as monthly Meditation + Tea Ceremony workshops.

Though Crohn’s disease can never be “cured,” Angela is happy to say that she is symptom free using a combination of western, eastern, and alternative and complementary therapies. Her journey has taught her to keep a wide-open mind to allow things to unfold in unexpected ways, and she prides herself on now having a huge toolbox of skills, therapies, remedies and knowledge to help her clients find their own perfect plan of healing.

She always remembers the saying: “Life isn’t waiting for the storm to pass; it’s learning to dance in the rain.”
