My approach begins with an in-depth look at the foundations of your lifestyle, specifically looking at potential stressors that often form the obstacles in our lives. Using evidence-based behavior change theories and practices, along with my own adventures in stress management, I will support you in the making habit changes in your life that will ease the way to accomplishing your wellness goals.
