    Megan is a very skilled nutritional coach. I worked with her for two months in late 2020 and she brought so much awareness to me around my eating habits, protein consumption and hydration. She is very different than other nutrition coaches I have worked with as she doesn’t have you keep a food journal (unless you want to!), doesn’t make you feel bad for your current eating habits and also doesn’t make you totally change your diet. She listens and works with your current diet and your current habits and makes suggestions to enhance what you are already doing. This subtle suggestions to your current diet make a huge impact over time. I am have become so aware of how I eat and around my daily protein consumption – which is something that I always struggled with. She also works with a handy Precision Nutrition App that is a tremendous resource for nutrition information and an easy way for you to track whatever course you are taking. Megan also interacts with you via the app which makes communication simple and clear. I highly recommend Megan and look forward to working with her again!

    I was looking for a female trainer and was fortunate to meet Megan. We spent a couple of months focusing on weights and then she coached me through a year of Precision Nutrition. Megan was encouraging, motivating and knowledgeable. She is an avid reader and learner, and she knows her stuff. We focused on tiny, incremental changes, taking each day at a time. Nothing trendy or fancy. I dropped pounds and inches but more importantly, I gained strength and confidence. What started out as weight training grew into so much more. Megan and I continue to work on nutrition, sleep, exercise and life balance. I would highly recommend Megan to anyone who wants to work with a dedicated professional who is committed to helping you reach your health and wellness goals.

    I am very lucky to have had Megan start me on and keep me on a path towards habitual, healthy lifestyles. I’ve worked with her since May 2020 through Precision Nutrition and through other exercise and dieting advice. I immediately noticed how she wanted to know your history, health struggles and comfort zone to best help you identify where and how you can improve and utilize your strengths to your advantage. She helped me identify and make the subtle changes to my everyday routines which over the course of our time together, has made me a more informed, confident and happier healthy person. My experience with Megan has been a lifestyle change beyond eating healthy and exercising; it’s been a mentality shift that she has built up and helped me transition with. Working with Megan through Precision Nutrition has been especially helpful because she has responded to my daily journal entries and has identified my thought patterns, helped me reflect on my progress honestly and most importantly, has not judged my responses negatively at all. She has reinforced in me the idea that all successes and failures with living a healthy lifestyle is useful information to utilize in order to grow stronger everyday. I look forward to continuing my Precision Nutrition program and continuing our healthy lifestyle journey together beyond that.
