Hi – I’m Connie. As a natural health educator, I help women thrive by making diet and lifestyle changes that lead to wellness for themselves and their family. But that doesn’t mean I want to spend hours in the kitchen. I teach women how to get back to the basics and make whole foods simple, nutritious, and delicious.
Being in the trenches myself, feeding my family whole foods in the midst of a fast-food culture, finding ways to accommodate food sensitivities, and learning to take responsibility for my own health is instrumental in how I support others on their wellness journey.
While food is foundational to wellness, it’s not everything. Other lifestyle factors greatly influence our health such as movement, cleansing, rest, and rhythm. In addition, we must care for all three parts of us – spirit, soul, and body – in order to be well. Developing healthy habits in each of these areas is an ongoing journey that we explore in my flagship course called Wellness Warriors.
Wellness is ultimately about being who God created you to be, doing what He designed you to do, and enjoying the life He’s given you – that’s how we thrive and cultivate a life well-lived! – Ephesians 2:10
