I meet 1:1 with clients via Google Meet or Zoom. We typically meet once a week for an hour, although other frequencies and lengths of time are available depending on the client's need.

How much do sessions cost?

Sessions range from $90-$120 per hour session.

How often do we meet?

Ultimately that is up to you, however most people get the most out of meeting once weekly for 6 weeks.

I’m not going through a divorce, can you work with me?

Yes, this work is about navigating tough relationship challenges and learning how to cultivate more of what matters most to you.
