Dr. Emily is the founder and owner of NFP Pharmacist, where she teaches women to track their menstrual cycles and use that information for avoiding pregnancy effectively and naturally, optimizing timing for achieving pregnancy, and/or for monitoring their health. Dr. Emily is certified in the Marquette Method of natural family planning.
