Harvest Health and Wellbeing LLC

My name is Megan Hadley, and I am the founder of Harvest Health and Wellbeing LLC.

I help artists, activists and academics pause from the daily grind, embody their values, and integrate self care with their collective care through my 1:1 and group coaching offerings and mindfulness- and nature-based interventions. My services include outdoor and virtual integrative health coaching, personalized guided imagery recordings, teaching, workshop and mindfulness facilitation

Holding Space to Reconnect to Source
Source is truth - it is life, inspiration, a sense of purpose, a shining light, a connection to something bigger than ourselves. Sometimes, we humans lose our connection with that source. Perhaps we are feeling stuck, going through a big transition, or swirling in a sea of questions about where to go next or what to do. Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coaching offers the time and space to reconnect to source.

As an Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coach, I focus on holding and sharing space for each client to uniquely identify their motivations, barriers, resources, goals, and vision for their health and wellbeing.

My mission is to allow for healing and growth to occur for individuals by tapping into their inner wisdom, addressing limiting beliefs and barriers, identifying and expanding resources, and sparking change through sustainable goal-setting fueled by intrinsic motivation.

My purpose in starting Harvest Health & Wellbeing is to expand the awareness of and opportunity for health and wellbeing coaching by offering accessible coaching sessions based in the community which strengthen community bonds and allow for healing at the individual, community, and environmental levels.

My hope I hold for working together is that we may:

find ~clarity in stillness

feel ~grounded in interconnection

and become ~ alight in purpose

Frequently Asked Questions

How long have you been a health coach?

Since 2019! I was board eligible then and took and passed my boards in 2020 shortly after I launched HHW LLC.

What are your credentials?

I am a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and I also obtained a MA graduate degree from the University of Minnesota Earl E. Bakken Center for Spirituality in Healing. That degree is in Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coaching. Additionally, I received a Graduate Minor from the UMN School of Public Health in Health Equity. I became Reiki I and II certified through the UMN program as well. My background is in theatre and storytelling, so I hold an undergrad BA degree in Theatre from St. Olaf College.

Who are your ideal clients?

Artists, activists, and academics who weave community and environmental wellbeing into their health and wellbeing vision.

My ideal clients are people who are in the preparation, action, and maintenance stages of change. They may cycle back through contemplation, but largely they are committed in time, energy, and heart to making many small changes over time that add up to the vision of their health and wellbeing they have for themselves or that we explore together.

What is your coaching experience?

I am grateful to have had such a variety of experience in my relatively new professional career as a health coach!

In 2019 I completed an Internship at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center coaching their employees on site.

Afterwards, I began coaching in a volunteer basis to provide free and accessible coaching to patients at the Integrative Clinic of Minnesota which operates out of the same location as the Phillips Neighborhood Clinic in South Minneapolis. I continued to volunteer coaching services to the University of Minnesota Medical School and through the Interdisciplinary Health Sciences BeWELL program.

My first Group Coaching experience was at the Whittier Clinic with HennepinHealth in 2020.

At the end of 2020, I joined PACT for Pain to begin coaching people with chronic pain through their startup program.

In 2022 I now have 2 contract coaching gigs, one with The Driven Mama coaching people who identify as moms as they navigate their new role, the other with the University of Minnesota Bakken Center for Spirituality and Healing coaching the students in their coaching program. I also am employed by Minnesota Head and Neck Pain Clinic providing health coaching to their patients with chronic pain. I continue providing accessible coaching services through the non-profit Open Path Healing Arts Collective.

With HHW LLC I continue to provide 1:1 and group coaching services, including a Moon Group group coaching experience which combines moon phase astrology with habit design through a coaching model. For those local to Minneapolis, I offer outdoor coaching packages in public spaces for a nature-based option!
