Mindful Birth & Yoga

With almost twenty years of experience teaching yoga and group fitness, I have led a wide range of classes and formats - from cardio kickboxing and spin - to restorative yoga and meditation.

And as a birthworker since 2011, I've worked with people in and around the transitions of growing their families as a maternal health activist, a community builder, a prenatal yoga and mindfulness teacher, a birth doula, and a childbirth educator.

The adage that "we all do better when we all do better," is core to how I endeavor to live and teach. I am committed to teaching in spaces and communities that make mindfulness, yoga, movement, and wellness accessible to all.
