Supporting women suffering from painful and exhausting hormonal imbalances reconnect with their body to achieve a greater quality of life and vitality. After suffering in pain herself, she uses her Master of Herbalism certification to support other women to avoid medication and drastic medical procedures.

Phyllis Jaworski is the founder of Sacred Ibis Botanicals in Hudson, WI. As an herbal clinician she supports her clients in having pain-free menstrual cycles, and being energized and to live their best life every day of the month. Her career started out with a degree in Animal Science from University of Wisconsin-River Falls and after which she worked as a scientist for 13 years. After a diagnosis of endometriosis in 2015 Phyllis turned to her new hobby of herbalism for support. Within 6 months she was pain and surgery free. In 2019 Phyllis obtained her Master of Herbalism certification from Green Wisdom School of Natural & Botanical Medicine. Her 2,000+ hours of study and training included clinical work, in depth plant studies and instruction on medicinal preparation. Phyllis focuses on using whole plant preparations to address symptom relief, as well as whole plant nutrition and energy and thought blockages to create lasting healthy patterns. When not supporting clients you can find her out collecting plants, creating herbal products or traveling with her family.
