Our Booty + BANDZ class is designed to help you tone and strengthen your legs, glutes, and core through a combination of dance-inspired cardio moves and resistance band exercises. With great music and tons of squats, you’ll feel the burn as you work your way through the class. The resistance bands used in the class will add an extra challenge to your workout, helping you build strength and tone your muscles. Let’s dance, sweat, and have some fun!
