Tell us about your business. What do you do?
I provide therapy that encourages healing of the mind, body, and spirit. I utilize a holistic and integrative approach.
I offer multiple services to guide others in their journey of healing, this includes psychotherapy, Reiki healing, and sound bath healing.
How do you approach your area of expertise (what makes you different?)
I meet others in a space where they can show up in their humanness to be seen, heard, and experience healing. I enter the space to meet others with unconditional love.
What drew you to this work?
Throughout my life I have always been fascinated by the human journey, along with mental health and healing work.

What do you love about your job?
Witnessing others heal and do the inner work. It is exciting when others begin to show up for themselves to heal and transform their life.
Describe the person that is best fit for your services?
Someone who is open, willing, and ready to heal, improve their life, and release what is no longer serving them. Those who may need support in anxiety, trauma, interpersonal problems, healing in relationships.
What results can people see when they work with you? What’s possible?
Increased self-awareness, increased self-love, Self-regulation and tools to manage symptoms and improve life.
What do you wish more people understood about what you do?
Therapy is a guide; you have to be willing to do the inner work outside of sessions in order for change to occur.
What’s fascinating you right now?
Providing distance reiki healings and witnessing the power of energy healing!
In what ways do you find yourself working alongside other health + wellness professionals?
I am always open to collaborating, referring, and supporting other wellness professionals. It is important for me to be able to help refer clients to other providers for healing as healing is not a “one size fits all” approach.
What does self care look like to you right now?
Yoga, EFT tapping, Meditation, Walking in nature, Journaling, experiencing joy.
