Ep 60 Dr. Emily | The NFP Pharmacist

Dr. Emily started her career as a pharmacist, but after working with natural family planning and cycle tracking herself, she quickly discovered a passion for teaching others about it.  She now runs her business The NFP Pharmacist, where she teaches classes and offers 1-on-1 consulting for people interested in natural family planning or cycle tracking.  In this episode we also talk about some of the surprising information that we can get from tracking our cycles, and the different ways to use those insights in everyday life.
