Rosie Blanc is an intuitive transformation coach who’s passionate about walking with people on their path to healing on a spiritual level. She joined me on the Well Connected Twin Cities podcast to talk about what spiritual healing can look like and why it’s not just about good vibes and affirmations.
Like many healers and coaches, Rosie went through her own transformative journey before becoming a support partner for others. She found herself seeking out healing from outside sources, and she was let down a few times before she realized that it wasn’t about giving away her power to someone else who could “heal” her.
She had to tap into that power within herself.
As a coach, she now guides her clients through a process of self-alchemy, where (what Rosie describes as) “soul wounds” are uncovered and healed in a supportive and empowering way.
“I learned (sometimes in really hard ways) that I needed to trust myself.”

Rosie draws on many tools to support her clients through this, and one powerful one is breathwork. Using breathwork exercises helps to move energy and release old thought patterns. It also builds up the aura or the energy field around your body, which acts like a barrier to preserve your personal energy.
This work is not always easy. It’s not just about positive affirmations and raising your vibration. The process of self-alchemy involves examining these wounds or traumas that are affecting how you currently operate, and transmuting them in order to move forward.
Recently, Rosie began leading workshops on how to use this approach to anti-racism work. She emphasizes that this work must begin within each one of us, as we all hold racialized trauma that needs to be healed.
You can learn more about how to work with Rosie and find out about upcoming workshops over on her website. Listen to the full episode for more.
