When I first started receiving energy work (or “healing sessions”) in 2012, I had someone in my life who really didn’t understand what I was doing. I was asked, “aren’t you healed yet?,” and I found this question interesting, something I still think about to this day.
The concept of healing as something we do to “fix” ourselves or to “feel better” is a limited view. Over the years I’ve come to see healing as a much deeper process of alchemy, to continue to grow into a more loving and compassionate person – both with ourselves and with others.
Why is healing necessary?
Life can be hard, and growing up we learn to navigate. We take on all kinds of subconscious programming as we adapt to the stress and traumas of life. These coping mechanisms may serve us to a point, but they can also be patterns we get stuck in. They create a filter for how we see the world, and sometimes this filter is the result of faulty programming. It gets in the way of us seeing things for what they are. We may overreact to stressful situations (or even just normal life!) because we’ve got bugs in the system that are throwing us into fight or flight responses at inappropriate times.
When we feel threatened or unsafe, we’re far less likely to extend compassion and empathy to the people in our lives, whether it’s family, colleagues, strangers, or even ourselves. When I look at the world, I see a great need for healing on so many levels.
The reason I’m so committed to doing the work I do is because I’ve seen such dramatic shifts when people approach healing as a deeper alchemy process. We can be so hard on ourselves. We’ll hit ourselves over the head with blame, guilt, stress and worry in a way that’s not helpful. The healing work I’m talking about is not about “feeling good,” but about de-bugging the system that gets in the way of us living a life where we are free to love ourselves whole-heartedly while still holding ourselves accountable for our actions.
An extension of this is to have the courage to extend that love to every other person we meet – to see the humanity in every person. We don’t have to agree with everyone, and we can (and should) certainly stand up against injustice and anyone who harms another – BUT – we can do so while still holding love in our hearts for the humanity of that person.
If those of us who are willing to try this commit to such an effort – I believe we can start to shift the planet toward a more loving and compassionate place. But it starts within each one of us. It starts with the stories we tell ourselves. The forgiveness, love and compassion we’re willing to extend to our own mis-steps. To hold ourselves accountable, but with love and mercy – understanding mistakes will happen! Now what do we do about it? That’s the key. Continually striving to live as the best version of ourselves.
This process of alchemy is a multi-level approach. In 2012 I started working with a time-tested system focused on supporting individuals with their own journey of self-discovery and self-mastery. Through my training with the Modern Mystery School I experienced new levels of healing in a short amount of time, bringing my baseline for day to day life to new heights. It opened my eyes to what true holistic alchemy can do, but like Michelangelo, patiently chipping away the stone that wasn’t his masterpiece David, we are the artists of our life – and it’s up to us to choose to pursue our own healing. If we don’t, no one else will do it for us.
Where to Start?
My message to anyone who is intrigued by this work is that real, sustainable transformation is possible.
Based on the results I experienced within my own life, I’m dedicated to opening the door to ancient tools and wisdom specialized in this process of continually progressing towards becoming the best version of ourselves – our own unique expression of spirit. It’s not a quick fix, but on this journey we can see tangible results at each step of the way.
The Life Activation, Empower Thyself, and Universal Kabbalah program are the first few steps which bring great leaps in this process of healing and transformation – to work with energy in a new way, and re-write the subconscious programming and resolve the distortions, to come into a state of greater integrity with your pure spirit.
Perfection is not what we’re striving for – there is no end destination – but on your journey there’s no limit to the amount of love, compassion, and joy you can cultivate in your life. The “exploration of the self” is an infinite landscape to explore, with a wealth of meaning and purpose to discover.
